DELIVERY

All deliveries are made using Courier Post.

We will endeavor to ensure delivery between 1 to 5 working days from time and date of purchase. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an automated tracking email from Courier Post. Please check your spam/junk if you do not receive this email within 48 hours of making your purchase.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at sales@platinumsports.co.nz within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you in conducting an investigation.

 

CUSTOMERS WITH PLATINUM SPORTS CO VIP ACCOUNT

Cardholders with Platinum Sports Co VIP account will receive points for online purchases on actual dollars spent.

Points are not earned on Loyalty Vouchers when they are redeemed nor are points earned on sale items.

Please make sure you answer yes to the prompt at time of purchase for points to be added to your VIP Account.

*Note a maximum of 100 points can be applied when Promotional Gift Cards or Vouchers are used as payment, 2nd, 3rd or even 4th promotional Gift Cards or Vouchers will not earn points.

Please make sure you include a first and last name as well as mobile number of the account you would like the points added to; failing in doing so may result in a new account being created or the purchase may be added to the incorrect account.

PLATINUM SPORTS CO VIP LOYALTY VOUCHERS

Once issued, loyalty vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with each other or with any other voucher, promotion, discount, credit note or lay-by.

Loyalty vouchers are issued on a one per week basis in denominations of $40. Any further vouchers will be issued only after the redemption of the previous one.

Vouchers must be used by the expiry date indicated and points are not earned on loyalty voucher purchases, they are earned on dollars spent - points are not transferrable.

Platinum Sports Co reserves the right to remove points from an account if misuse is suspected.

DOUBLE POINTS - During any double points promotional period OR when a double points voucher is presented; double points are available on actual dollars spent and will not be applied to any use of voucher, gift card, credit note or exchange.

ONLINE OUTLET PURCHASES* 

*Please note – Outlet Sale items are available on our Website only and are not available in store.

Loyalty Vouchers, Vouchers, Credit Notes and Gift Cards cannot be used on discounted items.

Purchase’s from our Outlet section do not accumulate Loyalty Points. Due to high volumes on our website that are taking advantage of these discounts – we apologise in advance if an “oversell” of an item should occur. In this instance we will inform you and refund you for the affected item immediately.

Complimentary Gift Wrapping is not available for Outlet purchases - this is only a service we can offer on full priced items.

Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order.

All sales on discounted items are final.
